This book aims to provide medical students with some basic principles of diagnosis and management, medico-legal pitfalls and roles of evidence in primary care. Using practical examples, the whole mental process of arriving at a clinical diagnosis is clearly described, with emphasis on important signs or symptoms and investigations to look out for.
The book is designed to take the reader to the next step of health assessment, beyond basic history and physical examination and into a diagnostic reasoning process. is Assistant Professor in the Department of Community and Family Medicine, and Co-director of Men??s Health Diploma, Faculty of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

is Undergraduate Tutor for University College and Royal Free Hospital Medical Schools, London, UK.

大陸生產的殲-10戰機出現了首張訂單，買主是伊朗。伊朗以價值10億美元的合約，購買24架殲-10戰機，卻不用支付半毛錢，而是以國內最大油田20年採油權交換。軍事家認為，「油田換戰機」對買家賣家都有利，只是老美可能會「不高興」。
殲-10是大陸全天候多用途殲擊機，由大陸成都飛機工業公司研製和生產，出口代號F-10，在西方還以「猛龍（Vigorous Dragon）」綽號著稱。
24架 換來20年採油博客來權
伊朗當地媒體報導，大陸將在2020年前完成向伊朗提供兩個大隊（24架）殲-10戰機的合約。專家估算，這種戰機單機要價約4000萬美元，合約總金額約10億美元。伊朗將以國內最大的阿紮德甘油田20年的採油權用來換購這24架殲-10戰機。
殲-10戰機最大航程為2940公里，伊朗在殲-10協助下，不僅可以完成在整個海灣地區的飛行任務，理論上更可以飛抵以色列境內並返回基地。伊朗將用殲-10戰機保護國家的重要設施，例如布希爾核電站等。但軍事專家也認為，兩個大隊的殲-10戰機並不會改變地區的軍力平衡。
懸念 中美關係受考驗
伊朗用國內最大的阿紮德甘油田20年的採油權，換購大陸24架殲-10戰鬥機，雙方究竟打的是什麼算盤？大陸軍事專家認為，伊朗有的是石油也有的是錢，就是國際政治環境不好，有錢買不到好武器。伊朗急需買到一些先進的武器來壯大自己。大陸現有部分先進武器，也不缺錢，但就是缺石油等資源，大陸急需在資源安全上進行全方位布局。也就是說，這樁交易不但是「互補」，更是雙贏。
除了單純的生意經，分析家指出，這筆交易仍有難度，而且「頭疼」的一方是大陸，而不是伊朗。
對伊朗來說，目前和西方關係不佳，擺明著就是要買武器；但對大陸而言，這批戰機未來將對抗美軍，還得衡量伊朗的國際角色，也是一種壓力。
